Your Role
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, hands-on patient care
- Conduct ongoing client assessments
- Perform wound care treatments and clinical procedures within scope of practice
- Administer and document medications appropriately
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation
- Follow infection control standards and Universal Precautions
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and wound care skills
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
